3 -bottle minimum on your first order with a 2-bottle minimum for each delivery thereafter to help reduce carbon emissions.

All customers are charged a 100% fully refundable $7 deposit for each bottle they have in their possession as a one time deposit not per delivery or bottle to ensure we receive the empty bottles back if you ever need to pause or move service.

Delivery fee – $5.95 per delivery (this is a flat charge, not a per bottle charge so generally once per month).

BPA-free bottles are always used when or if requested; and for those don’t as well! Almost all of our 5 Gallon bottle inventory has been BPA-free for over 10 years despite us never using any BPA releasing agents or boiling water during sanitization. The health and well being of our customers and quality of your water is our upmost concern!
